---Do we need to keep gold for DQ2 or should we just spend it?
Any chance we could get some official word on this? I don't want to go crazy on buying gear and then be left with 5g!

Don't worry too much about keeping gold. The Four Generals download (when it is released later in the year) will give you plenty of gold for defeating enemies. Buy what you need/want and enjoy ;)
