Don't underestimate speed abilities when it comes to slower tank heroes. You can drop a point of speed against more powerful enemies if you have 4 or even 5 good speed abilities to guarantee you wins. I'm thinking here of abilities like webbed, knockdown, courage, charge, adrenalin, haste, ley of the land...... Rangers make quite good tanks I have discovered!
