I just defeated Noldor at paragraph 207 of The Legion of Shadow, without using any of the runes (it sucked but I had super lucky rolls). Anyway, since I did not use the runes, and they have super OP effects, do I get to keep them to use later?
IE. Runes of Voldring, Allura, Malachi, Talos

Well done on the special achievement!
Sadly, no - the runes only 'work' in the 'in between' world (the Norr) where you encounter Noldor. You learn more of this realm in later books.
