Can somebody help me solve the puzzle 648 in eye of winters fury. I cannot figure it out and cannot find anything on line to help me

Some clues:
Line 1 - is a simple (+) and (-) sequence.
Line 2 - prime numbers
Line 3 - cube numbersHope that helps!

PRIME numbers! I can't believe it! If they had been two-digit prime numbers, I would've gotten it easily enough, so well done on making it just tough enough.
