Yes. Obviously, postage and packing rates will reflect the distance/location etc.

Me too but I'm not gonna sweat it. Most bonus items/loot cards in computer games are more about vanity and are soon forgotten or replaced ten minutes into the game. Not saying it will be the same with the loot cards for this book, but I'm not going to stress over it ;)
if they do turn out to be awesome then maybe i'll grab an extra copy from ebay

does anyone know if the cards and dice are being sold seperately or do you get them when you buy the book? [earlier post says 'sold alongside']
