One single instance of the Charm ability can only be used once for the entire combat. Only abilities that specifically say that they last for the duration of a combat, or that they can be used multiple times in one combat, can do so. All other abilities, by default, can only be used once per combat.

If you have multiple instances of the charm ability, each instance can be used separately. However, they can't be used to reroll the same die.

No each charm is one use , once per combat.

OK. But I can do it in different turns, right? Example (with 1 charm ability): turn 1 - speed turn use charm (1 roll), combat turn use charm (1 roll). turn 2: speed turn use charm (1 roll), combat turn use charm (1 roll) etc etc

Each charm gives you a reroll (as in singular).
You can use it anytime (so you can use it on a combat roll, speed roll etc.)

Charm (mo): You may re-roll one of your hero's die anytime during a combat. You
must accept the result of the second roll. If you have multiple items with the charm
ability, each one gives you a re-roll.

But it is not specified only once in combat, it says at any time. In many other skills it is always specified once in combat while in charm it is not. I interpret it like this for example: I have 1 charm. Each turn I can reroll the die once and accept the second roll, otherwise it would have been specified only once during combat. What do you think?

Just once per combat - but unlike most other abilities, if you have multiples of it (i.e. you have charm on gloves and talisman) you can use *each* in combat, so you would have two charms. Heal works in the same way and a few other special abilities. Hope that makes sense.
