The ragged cloak and ragged boots are backpack items.

The ragged boots are found in the farmhouse (Orange quest: Rat extermination)
The ragged cloak is found inside a tomb after fighting a skeleton (Blue quest: The black book)

Spindlesilk set

For the Spindlesilk Set in Act 1, It says I need ragged boots and cloak to make their spindlesilk counterparts. I know where the spindlesilk is, but where can I find the Boots and Cloak? They aren't on the item sheet at all
